Uitgeverij Wilde Haren, founded by D’Avellonne van Dijk and Loulou Drinkwaard, is dedicated to creating inclusive and diverse children’s literature. Their books are designed so every child can see themselves represented in the stories they read. To grow their impact, they needed a professional online presence and a webshop that reflected the quality of their vision.

What we did‍

They came to us with an outdated WordPress website and the start of a design. We took their concept further by creating a fully responsive design in Figma, ensuring the website worked seamlessly across all devices. From there, we built a custom Shopify webshop using Liquid, giving them a stable, scalable, and easy-to-manage platform — exactly how they wanted it.

Since launch, the results were immediate: even before the webshop officially opened, orders started coming in. Today, we continue to support Uitgeverij Wilde Haren with SEO, updates, and product management, helping them spread their message of diversity and inclusion to more families in the Netherlands and beyond.
