WOZ Assistent helps Dutch homeowners and businesses lower their property taxes by appealing inflated WOZ values. Their mission is simple: provide free, efficient legal support at scale, while making the process accessible to everyone.

What we did‍

We built a custom WordPress front end connected to a Python-powered automated backend, allowing users to file an appeal in just five minutes. This automation enables WOZ Assistent to handle thousands of cases with minimal manual work while keeping the user experience smooth and intuitive.

To boost growth, we launched Google Ads campaigns and executed a large-scale offline marketing stunt by distributing 80,000 flyers across Dutch cities. On top of that, we rolled out an SEO strategy with 1,000+ keyword-optimized pages, helping WOZ Assistent outrank competitors and dominate search results.

The impact‍

With the new platform and campaigns, WOZ Assistent scaled rapidly, handling high case volumes efficiently while attracting thousands of new users. Today, we continue to support them with maintenance, SEO, and new marketing campaigns, ensuring they keep growing as the go-to legal partner for property tax appeals in the Netherlands.
