What Insight is
Insight measures what your ideal customer sees at the moment they search, in search engines and in AI Search. That is the moment the need is there and the choice gets made.
We measure one service. You know what that customer is looking for and which questions they ask; we translate that knowledge into a measurement and test it with Web Intelligence, daily, for at least two weeks. The outcome is your real position at that moment of decision, and what it takes to improve it.
Be there at that moment, and you reach them exactly when it counts.
How we measure
- 01
Intake
We pin down what the service is in your customers' words, who is looking for it, which questions keep coming up in sales conversations and who you lose deals to. That determines what we measure.
- 02
The questions
We write out the questions the way people actually type them, across the whole customer journey: from orientation without a brand name, through shortlist and comparison, to the question of why a competitor would be the better choice.
- 03
The measurement
Independent and outside your own environment, across several models. That gives you percentages across repeated measurements, not a snapshot.
What you get
Position per stage of the customer journey
The share of answers in which you show up, and in what role: recommended, mentioned, compared or with reservations. Broken down per stage and per model.
Volume
How often the underlying questions are actually asked. Visibility without volume gives you nothing to steer by.
Errors and their source
Which information about you is wrong or outdated, which source it comes from, and whether that source can be corrected.
The competitive picture
Who wins which stage, with which arguments, which audience you and your competitors get assigned to, and which objections are raised against you.
Opportunities
Unanswered questions, the sources that shape the picture, and the places where you ought to be named.
The outcome
A concise report: where you stand for this service, what there is to gain, and what a broader approach would bring to light.
When Insight is the right first step
- You suspect you show up online less than you should, but you do not know where.
- You win deals through your network, but hardly any from prospects who had not heard of you.
- You want to know what a potential customer sees before they sit down with you.
- You want to know the size of the opportunity before committing to a longer engagement.
From Insight to Strategy
If you continue, the measurement starts running continuously, widened to everything that matters: your other services, the full set of competitors and a broader set of models. Where Insight gives you a snapshot, from then on you follow the movement. The opportunities in this report are worked up into a plan with concrete points, owners and metrics.
