With Lovable, Wix, Squarespace or a template. It is up, it looks good, and still nothing happens. We look at what lies underneath and turn it into a platform that does grow.
What it is
Building a site yourself has never been easier. The problem starts afterwards. What you see is the design; what decides whether you get found sits underneath it.
This is not: your site is bad. Often it was exactly good enough to start with, and that was smart: you tested whether it worked before spending money on it. It was simply built to exist, not to grow.
We do not start over. We keep what works, often the entire appearance, and replace the foundation.
How we do it
The check. Does the site perform technically, can it be found, and do you own everything in it? Almost nobody asks that last question. We also search the codebase for hidden links and credits left by the previous builder: a check nobody requests and everybody should run.
The rebuild. Usually in Next.js and React, with the appearance deliberately identical. You have to recognise your own site. What changes sits under the bonnet.
Getting ready for what is coming. Server-side rendering, structured data, a robots file that allows AI crawlers, an llms.txt, and a summary per article that a language model can pick up.
What we see that others miss
Orphan pages hanging off nothing. Pages with no internal link, so a crawler never reaches them.
Sitemaps that are wrong or point at dead pages, leaving half your site invisible.
Localisation that is not in order. Languages running into each other or missing hreflang, so Google and language models cannot tell which version to show to whom.
No easy access to your own content. Copy locked into the build instead of a database you can update yourself.
External dependencies you know nothing about. Content or tracking scripts running on someone else's accounts. If those disappear, your site falls over.

Not if you do not want it to. We can simply keep the current design, as with Endura, where the appearance stayed identical. If you do want to improve it, we do two things: add buttons and rework sections to lift conversion, each time tested so you can see what works.
